Anjo is a shared project between a mother and daughter, bringing together craftsmanship, design and a belief in slower, more personal fashion.

Anita

Anita has years of experience in millinery. Alongside hat making, she has worked as an entrepreneur, artist and dressmaker. Her work is guided by curiosity, courage and a genuine desire to find the right solution for each customer.

Anniina

Anniina is an architect. She brings to Anjo her perspective on form, colour, materials and visual composition, while helping make Anita’s knowledge and the world of bespoke millinery accessible to a wider audience.

Where it began

Our collaboration began with Anniina’s own civil ceremony headpiece. Wearing it through the city sparked joyful conversations with strangers and made something visible that we had already felt for a long time: a hat is never just an object. It is a way to express yourself, create encounters and bring joy even to an ordinary day.

Made to last

We want to encourage people to choose less, but better. We believe in pieces that are made right the first time, created for the person who will wear them and designed to last for years, perhaps even generations.
