Returns & Cancellations
All Anjo Atelier hats are made to order according to the customer’s individual head measurements. As each hat is made specifically for its wearer, made-to-measure hats are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange due to a change of mind.
Please check your measurements carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we are always happy to help before your order is placed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your hat is damaged, defective or does not correspond with your order. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate fixing solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Reshaping & Care
Our hats are made to last. If your hat loses its shape by mistake or is accidentally damaged, please contact us. Depending on the material and condition of the hat, we may be able to reshape or restore it and extend its life.
